By accessing our website, submitting a case inquiry, or engaging our recovery services, you:

• Represent that all information provided to us is accurate and complete

2. Description of Services

PromptTech Recovery provides professional cryptocurrency recovery services, including:

• Recovery of stolen or fraudulently obtained cryptocurrency
• Assistance with lost wallet access and forgotten credentials
• Blockchain forensic analysis and transaction tracing
• Coordination with exchanges and law enforcement agencies
• Smart contract dispute resolution

Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. Recovery of funds is not guaranteed, and success depends on various factors including the nature of the incident, cooperation from third parties, and applicable laws.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of PromptTech Recovery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding your case
• Promptly respond to requests for additional documentation or clarification
• Maintain the confidentiality of our communications and recovery strategies
• Pay all fees and expenses as agreed upon in writing
• Not engage in any illegal activities or use our services for unlawful purposes
• Inform us of any changes to your contact information
• Provide proof of ownership or legitimate interest in the affected assets

4. Fee Structure and Payment

Initial Consultation: All initial case evaluations are provided free of charge.

Recovery Fees: Our fees are based on the complexity and specifics of each case. We offer the following pricing models:

• Contingency Model: For eligible cases, we work on a contingency basis where our fee is a percentage of recovered funds (typically 10-25%).
• Hourly Model: For complex cases, we may charge an hourly rate with an estimated scope of work.
• Flat Fee: For specific services such as blockchain analysis, a flat fee may be quoted.

All fee arrangements will be documented in a separate Service Agreement before work begins. Additional expenses such as third-party service fees, exchange fees, or legal costs may apply and will be communicated in advance.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Details of your case, including recovery strategies, blockchain analysis, and any communications, will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• With your explicit written consent
• To third parties directly involved in your recovery case (exchanges, legal counsel)
• When required by law or legal process
• To prevent fraud or illegal activities

6. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee: While we employ advanced techniques and experienced professionals, cryptocurrency recovery is inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee successful recovery of any funds.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptTech Recovery's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use of our services.

Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for actions or omissions of third parties, including exchanges, blockchain networks, or law enforcement agencies.

7. Representations and Warranties

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the cryptocurrency in question or have legitimate authority to act on behalf of the owner
• The cryptocurrency was obtained through lawful means
• You have not and will not engage in any money laundering or terrorist financing activities
• All information provided to us is true, accurate, and complete
• You understand and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency recovery

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• By Client: Written notice to PromptTech Recovery; applicable fees for work completed will be due.
• By PromptTech: Written notice to client; refund of unused prepaid fees (if on contingency model) will be provided.
• Immediate Termination: Services may be terminated immediately if the client violates these Terms, provides false information, engages in illegal activities, or fails to cooperate with reasonable requests.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PromptTech Recovery and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manhattan, New York.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us to discuss any concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PromptTech Recovery, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our services
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity related to your case
• Any false representations made to us

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted prominently on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PromptTech Recovery regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
